"My name is Cedric Noles and I am a chef! I enjoy cooking for friends, family, and special events. I have been blessed with numerous culinary awards in cooking competitions and I am the proud owner of an award from "Men who Cook" from the Detroit area. I love traveling and I am a collector of stamps. I have collected passport stamps from as far away as Lima, Peru. I also enjoy cruising and I have visited many countries via many ships. When I am not flying or cruising around the world I also enjoy fishing and going to Detroit Red Wings games locally. Fun fact--I am also a certified scuba diver! I have also been happily married to my wife Valerie for 18 years."
