Seth Ganton

Campus Administrator

Seth Ganton is the fourth generation of Ganton’s to carry on the tradition of family-owned and operated assisted living. Seth was born and raised in Jackson, MI where he spent many years growing up in the family business as well as joining many of the construction crews that built each Ganton facility. During his time acquiring a Business Administration degree at Spring Arbor University, Seth moved to Kalamazoo in the Spring of 2020 to join the Vineyard team. Seth lives right in Texas Township with his wife Katheryn. He enjoys the outdoors, hunting, and spending time with his family.

Monica Davis-Cruz, B.S.N

Director of Resident Care

"I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas. I served faithfully in the United States Marine Corps for sixteen years. I live in Portage, Michigan and have three sons."

Lena Austin

Director of Marketing and Sales

“Lena joined the Vineyard team in March 2021 and brings with her over 10 years of Hospitality experience and over 20 years in Sales and Marketing. I enjoy being part of my community and engaging with its residents and business owners. I am excited to share the Vineyard with everyone and have the community join us during events. My passion to make a difference is what led me to Vineyard Assisted Living where I can be an integral part in supporting families during times of transition and making our community a home away from home for our residents. I am married with 2 children and enjoy horseback riding, reading, and hiking with my German Shepherd.“

Katie Ogilvie

Office Manager

I was born in Boulder, Colorado and raised in Kalamazoo, Michigan. I graduated from Kalamazoo Valley Community College with an Associates Degree and a Certification in Medical Administration. I worked at a Hospital for 6 years before making the great change to come to Vineyard Assisted Living. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my two kids, watching my oldest play Travel Baseball, and spending time outdoors.

Aaron Gamble

Executive Chef

Aaron Gamble joined us here at the Vineyards in 2021 as our Sous-Chef and currently serves as our Executive Chef overseeing the Dietary Department. Originally from the Tri-City Richmond area of Virginia he discovered his passion for food through his Greek/ Italian family upbringing- primarily through his involvement with his church community. Although his personal affinity is for Greek/ Italian and Southern cuisine his professional focus for the past 10 years has been crafting food that appeals to the senior living community. He does this with a sense of pride and passion and enjoys developing connections with the residents through food and service.

Teresa Maxwell

Life Enrichment Director

I have worked in Life Enrichment since 2002. I truly love bringing joy to our residents and they bring even more joy to me! I am excited to provide many opportunities for fun and leisure to our residents. I have a loving family and in 2020 we welcomed my first grandchild! He has my heart. Being with my family is one of my favorite things to do. I also enjoy gardening, rescuing animals, and caring for the environment. Another favorite thing to do is spend time with my friends and my church family.

Joseph Anselmo

Maintenance Director

Joseph has over 30 years of maintenance experience. HIs wife also works at Vineyard in our Dietary dept as a cook. Joe loves the outdoors and swimming and fishing at the lake.
