Vineyard Has New Talent!
Join us in welcoming Monica Davis-Cruz, BSN as the new Director of Resident Care for Vineyard Assisted Living.
Davis-Cruz has been part of the Ganton Senior Communities Family since March of 2018 and she first made a great impact at Vineyard’s sister community, Lakeview Assisted Living, in Battle Creek. She has grown the team and the company at Lakeview, and we are excited to have her talent here in Kalamazoo at Vineyard Assisted Living.
Davis-Cruz has a faceted background and education; She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Washburn University of Topeka, Kansas. She also served faithfully in the United States Marine Corps for sixteen years. She is a city of Portage resident, and we are excited to have another local on our team! Outside of work Davis-Cruz enjoys spending time with her three sons and she bleeds maize and gold for University of Michigan.
Ganton Senior Communities and Vineyard Assisted Living are excited to have the talents of Davis-Cruz within their ranks. We are anxious to see the impact that Davis-Cruz will make as the new Director of Resident Care. With her track record of professionalism and nursing expertise, we are certain we have another exemplary member on our side. Her role as our Director of Resident Care is an integral part of the wellness and health of all of our residents and we have full confidence that Davis-Cruz will be the support our residents and families need.
